These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CoSt, the Growth Decision Engine operated at costdecision.com by COTR Global Group Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("CoSt", "we", "us", "our"). By submitting a URL, purchasing a report, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CoSt is an AI-powered analysis tool. You submit the URL of a website you own or are authorised to analyse. CoSt fetches the public contents of that page and runs an 11-stage analysis pipeline that returns a structured report containing:
The report is a strategic recommendation generated by software. It is not professional advice, an audit opinion, a guarantee of results, or a substitute for the judgement of a qualified consultant. Your business decisions remain yours.
Current prices are listed on the homepage and the pricing section. Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of purchase. By submitting payment you authorise us to charge the listed amount to your chosen payment method, plus any applicable VAT or sales tax.
CoSt reports are digital goods delivered immediately. The analysis pipeline begins running the moment payment clears and the full report is delivered within approximately 6 minutes. Because the service is consumed in full at the point of delivery, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. To help you decide before paying, we publish a complete anonymised sample report at costdecision.com/sample with no email gate — same format, same scores, same kill list you would receive on your own URL.
If a run fails due to a technical fault on our side (scrape failure on a site that should be fetchable, pipeline crash, missing report delivery), email hello@costdecision.com with the run ID and we will re-run the analysis or, at our discretion, issue a credit for a future run. This is the sole and exclusive remedy for a failed run.
Agency Pack runs are valid for 90 days from purchase. Unused runs expire at the end of the validity period and are non-refundable.
When using CoSt, you agree that you will not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules and, in the case of egregious or repeated breaches, withhold delivery of in-progress reports without refund.
The CoSt service, including the pipeline, prompts, UI, branding, and documentation, is owned by COTR Global Group Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The report content delivered to you — the diagnosis, primary bet, kill list, and execution assets generated from your URL — is licensed to you for unrestricted internal business use, including using it to brief teams, ship the recommended changes, and incorporate the assets into your own marketing materials. You may not resell the report itself as a standalone product.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the report will produce any particular business outcome, conversion lift, or revenue increase. AI-generated analysis can contain errors, omissions, and judgement calls that turn out to be wrong; your own due diligence is essential before acting on any recommendation.
We disclaim, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoSt and COTR Global Group Ltd, its directors, employees, and sub-processors will not be liable for any:
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) GBP 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless COTR Global Group Ltd against any third-party claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your unauthorised submission of URLs or content.
You may stop using CoSt at any time and request account deletion by emailing hello@costdecision.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if continued service exposes us to legal risk, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (payment, intellectual property, disclaimer, liability limits, governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, except that we retain the right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where a breach is occurring.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active account holders or by a prominent notice on this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms, contractual notices, or anything else legal:
